Get a radio licence

RSM's steps: find out which licence type you need, check you are a legal entity (PIB 47), and become a registered user of the Register of Radio Frequencies. An Approved Radio Engineer or Certifier then engineers the licence and lodges the application; you confirm the details and pay in the Register with RealMe, and you may transmit from the licence's commencement date, not before.

A spectrum licence also needs a Form 7, which the engineer prepares and the manager of the management right approves before the first fees are paid.

Spectrum Efficiency's approved radio engineer (ARE 176 in RSM's list) prepares and certifies licence work on the Business plan, priced per request in 6-minute units. Nothing here is a licence or a promise of one: RSM grants licences.
