Licence audit

Every current licence in RSM's public register, checked against the register's own records, each result with its source and the date it was run. A finding is a fact about the record, not a judgement of the holder. Engineering predictions (path, fade, interference) are shown to a licence's holder, not here.

Public register only; suppressed records are not included (PIB 38 §2.9).
